	Elaine Gerard, Director
	Elaine has been a licensed realtor since 1986, and a licensed broker since 1988. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales, has owned her own real estate company and is currently a managing broker of a large local real estate firm. Elaine has been a real estate pre-licensing instructor since 1992, teaching both salespersons and brokers classes.


	Scott Klein
	Scott Klein, a broker associate, has been serving the Elkhart and St. Joseph County Real Estate Markets since 1993. Scott has been a life long resident of Elkhart and graduate of Concord High School. His professional designations include: E-Certified and Certification as an Instructor for Indiana Pre-License Courses.
